There is something redemptive about chaos and confusion; it brings things into focus for it prevents us from doing anything really, except being present.
Without clarity, we seem unable to move and the chaos adds to the frustration and agitation.
We are compelled to stay the course and be that solidity in the sea of turmoil.
We are called to be in the eye of the storm in a way that is unflinching and unwavering.
Not easy, not at all.
Yet, to do it can be a useful strength and a powerful ally for in those moments we realise resilience and cultivate awareness.
In the face of confusion, we simply be. It prompts us to search and research and, perhaps, more truthfully, to rise above and go deeper so we may reach that place within where we find the true solution that feels true, that feels right and that brings peace.
When we just want an ounce of peace and to pay the bills in peace, it is not easy.
Life seems unfazed by your wish and indeed unrelenting in its pursuit of you.
And still, all we can do is keep going. Indeed, it was the famed wartime Prime Minister of Britain who said so aptly, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
The point is: Stay the course, go the distance, rise up within to the challenge every day. And keep showing up, keep it up for one day; in some way, you break through, you move to the space above and you rest, for those things that once bothered you no longer do and you are, in a sense, untouchable by the impact of such things.
So, again, the way out is through and keeping moving through it.
Make no mistake: you are up for the challenge; you can do it for you are reading these words.
Take exceptional care of you, always.
